Bakers Delight is seeking a retail trainee to work in our bakeries at eitherÌýtheÌýBendigoÌýor Lansell Plaza store. We have an exciting opportunity for a trainee to join our team to gain on the job experience whilst obtaining Certificate III in Retail in a supportive environment.

Duties will involve:

• Providing exceptional customer service both over the phone and face to face
• Assist with customer difficulties
• Build customer relationships and loyalty
• Process sales
• Maintaining and replenishing stock
• Support marketing and promotional activities

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Ability to commit to a 24-month traineeship
