Your Responsibilities:

• Assist the chef in the preparation and cooking of meals
• Train to master procedures in food preparation, knife skills, and the use of commercial equipment
• Work under the supervision of the chef in all aspects of kitchen operations
• Operate commercial cooking equipment such as mixers, steamers, fryers, ovens, and stoves
• Serve food as required and assist in kitchen cleaning and sanitation
• Support other areas of food preparation and storage
