Omega Security Solutions are an industry leader within the electronic security sector and due to our incredible success are seeking to employ an Apprentice Electronic Security Technician! It is important to know, this is NOT an Electrical Apprenticeship. We already employ 6 Apprentices, but we really want to keep growing our Apprenticeship team!

We are a company of about 55 employees in total!

With a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility located in Yarraville, just off the Westgate Bridge, we know it is our people who make us who we are today!

This role will be a 4-year Apprenticeship and you will learn to:

  • Carry out day-to-day commissioning
  • Service, maintain, and install of a range commercial electronic security technologies including access control, CCTV, and intercom systems
  • Learn to program security installations (IT-based)Ìý
  • In-house and on-site services of predominantly commercial electronic security clients
  • Liaising with internal and external clients via face-to-face, email, and phone
  • Updating jobs in our CRM system
