We have an exciting opportunity for a 1st year Parks and Gardens Apprentice to work with our client who is one of Australasia's leading secondary schools. Based in Berwick, we are looking for a motivated, committed and reliable person who is wanting to gain practical on the job experience, whilst receiving extensive training and a Certificate III in Parks and Gardens.
What will you be doing?
Based out of Haileybury College, your duties include:
- Garden maintenance
- Construction and repairs
- Cutting, pruning, planting plants and trees
- Watering and fertilising
- Moving materials
- Maintaining tools
What are we looking for?
- Someone with a genuine interest in the Horticulture Industry
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and a team player
- Drivers License and Own Car
- White Card
- Working with children's check
